The Founders
Built by clinicians with genuine dual expertise.
Kate Roche MSc, MCSP, IBCLC
Paediatric Feeding Therapist · Chartered Physiotherapist · IBCLC · Clinical Director, NTTC
Kate brings physiotherapy clinical reasoning — biomechanics, motor learning, manual therapy — to infant feeding assessment. Her work at the National Tongue Tie Centre underpins the Isoalign and Motor Patterning elements of PRIME. Her dual qualification as a Chartered Physiotherapist and IBCLC places her at an intersection very few clinicians occupy.
Dr Justin Roche MB ChB, FRCPCH, FRCPI, IBCLC
Consultant Paediatrician · FRCPCH & FRCPI · IBCLC · Medical Director, NTTC
Justin holds one of the rarest dual qualifications in paediatric practice: consultant paediatrician and IBCLC. He approaches infant feeding from both a diagnostic medical framework and lactation science simultaneously — integrating clinical systems that are usually kept entirely separate. He has presented internationally on paediatric feeding assessment in Bali, Florida, and Switzerland.
